If a formula isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original sealed condition.

Request
Email returns@getbhlabs.com or use the contact form with your order number and reason (optional — helps us improve).

Ship back
We’ll send a prepaid label where available. Repack bottles securely; include any gifts or bundle items if you’re returning the full order.

Refund
Once we receive the return (or approve a keep-it refund in select cases), we process refunds to your original payment method within about 5 business days.
03 Exceptions
Gift cards (when launched), wholesale B2B orders, and items marked final sale may be excluded. Fraud or abuse of the policy may result in denial of future returns.
04 FAQ
Do I pay return shipping?
For eligible consumer orders in supported regions, we provide a prepaid label when a physical return is required.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Exchanges depend on inventory. The fastest path is usually a refund plus a new order — contact us and we’ll help.
