── Our story · est. 2026 · Mumbai

Built because supplement labels rarely tell the whole story.

BhLabs is a small supplement company in Mumbai. We make capsules and gummies with proper doses, forms your body can actually use, and lab results posted for every batch.

── Why we exist

The wellness aisle is confusing. Proprietary blends with a dozen ingredients. Doses too low to matter. Labels that promise more than the science supports. We started BhLabs because friends kept asking us to help read labels and we kept finding the same problems.

So we kept it simple. One bottle, one job. Doses based on published research, not marketing. Forms that absorb well (methylated folate instead of folic acid, iron bisglycinate instead of sulfate). Every batch tested at an independent lab, with the certificate linked on the bottle.

That's really it. We just wanted supplements we'd feel okay recommending to people we care about.

Four things we won't cut corners on.

See the catalog →
  1. I

Clinical doses or we don't make it.

If a study used 600 mg, our capsule has 600 mg. We don't hide weak amounts inside "proprietary blends" with long ingredient lists.

── No: 50 mg ashwagandha buried in a 12-ingredient blend
  2. II

    Forms that actually absorb.

Methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin. Iron bisglycinate instead of sulfate. Methylated folate instead of folic acid. These cost more — but they're what your body can use.

── No: cheap forms with impressive-looking label numbers
  3. III

    Every batch tested. Results published.

Independent ISO 17025 lab testing for potency, heavy metals, microbials, and pesticides. Enter the lot number on your bottle and read the full certificate.

── No: "third-party tested" with nothing to show for it
  4. IV

Returns if it doesn't work for you.

30 days, even on opened bottles. Adaptogens take a few weeks to evaluate — we'd rather you finish the bottle and decide than rush the call.

── No: 14-day returns on sealed packaging only
── 03 · Where things come from

A short list of named suppliers.

We could buy from a dozen anonymous brokers. Instead we work with four suppliers we've audited, and we print country of origin on every bottle.

── A note from the founder
“I started this after too many trips to the pharmacy, pulling bottles off the shelf, and realizing the doses didn't match what the research actually used. We're still small but every product we ship is something I'd give to my own family.”
