BhLabs is a small Canadian supplement company that picks real doses, bioavailable forms, and one ingredient at a time — and shows the receipts for every batch we make.
The wellness aisle is loud. Twelve botanicals in proprietary blends. Doses too small to do anything. Promises that read like horoscopes. We started BhLabs because the people we cared about — pregnant friends, plant-eating parents, anyone trying to keep up — kept asking us to look at the labels with them. And we kept saying the same thing: this is mostly theatre.
So we built the boring version. One bottle, one job. Doses pulled from the published trials, not invented for marketing. Forms your body actually absorbs (methylated folate, not folic acid; iron bisglycinate, not sulfate). And every batch tested at an independent lab, with the certificate one click away.

Clinical doses or none at all.
If the published trial used 600 mg, our capsule has 600 mg. No "proprietary blends" hiding pixie-dust amounts behind a flashy ingredient list.

Methylcobalamin over cyanocobalamin. Bisglycinate over sulfate. Methylated folate over folic acid. We pay more for the form your body can actually use — and so should every brand worth your money.

ISO 17025 accredited testing for potency, heavy metals, microbials, and pesticides — with the lot number on the bottle linking to a real Certificate of Analysis. No marketing-talk "tested for purity."
